These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and our services offered by Marg Jet Packers And Movers as Packing, Moving, Transportation, Relocation, Warehousing, Cargo, Shipping (non-vessel operation common carrier), Logistics etc.

Definitions

"Services" means any and all moving, transportation, packing, storage, relocation or shipping services (including receiving originating and destination transporters) provided by Company.

Products shall mean goods, articles, products, or things of any nature whatsoever delivered to us for performance of services.

Agreement The effective service booking acceptance of quotation or any documented correspondence between the Company and the Customer.

Scope of Services

Marg Jet Packers and Movers provides services including but not limited to:

• Household shifting
• Office and corporate relocation
• Packing and unpacking
• Transportation and logistics
• Vehicle transportation
• Warehousing and storage
• Cargo and shipping services
• IT equipment relocation
• Industrial and plant relocation
• Pet and plant relocation (availability and regulations apply)

The customer is confirmed at the time of making this conversation.

Service Booking and Confirmation

Marg Jet Packers and Movers provides services including but not limited to:

1. Bookings for service are not secure unless:
   • Customer’s acceptance of the quotation
   • Advance payment (if applicable)
   • Filing of documents and information required
2. Oral agreements operate in the same way and are not valid if they have not been confirmed in writing or electronically.
3. The Company may refuse or cancel a booking 2. That is incomplete, misleading or incorrect, if the information for the same is provided by you.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

• Supply precise and full descriptions of commodities, sites access terms, special requirements
• Announce fragile, precious, dangerous, prohibited or perishable Items that have to be declared in advance
• Check if you can legally possess and carry goods
• Get the permissions in place (society entry, parking space, lift if any)
• It will be helpful if you or any staff member can be present during the packing and loading, unloading, and delivery of your household goods.

Non-compliance could result in service disruption, fees or termination of service.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

The Company does not transport:

• Illegal goods
• Things that go boom, burn or could poison you
• Narcotics or controlled substances
• Money, jewels (other than costume jewellery) valuables and/or precious stones or documents unless an Inventoried have been declared to value in writing by the Insured and Our amended this Policy stating such declaration made by You.
• Perishable goods without prior consent

The company accepts no liability for the loss or damage of uninsured/non declared prohibited items.

Packing and Handling

• Packing standard will depend on the service and quote agreed upon
• “CUSTOMERS packed” items are NOT insured for any internal damage unless UNPACKED and REPACKED THE DRIVER at the delivery end.
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing damages.
• On-site requests for repacking or extra packing may incur additional charges

Transportation and Delivery Timelines

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Route restrictions
• Mechanical issues
• Government regulations or unforeseen events
• The Company will not be responsible for delays beyond its control.

Insurance and Liability

Marg Jet Packers and Movers provides services including but not limited to:

1. You may opt for a transit insurance at an additional charge.
2. In the absence of insurance:
   • The Company is not liable beyond and in addition to its own internal procedure.
3. Your claim must be reported within the time frame along with necessary documentation.
4. The Company is not responsible for:
   • Wear and tear
   • Mechanical or electrical failure
   • Items packed by the customer
   • Loss, destruction or damage caused by natural disasters, riots, civil commotion events or an act of God

Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation
• Prepayment may be necessary at the time of service
• Balance Amount to be paid before or at delivery
• Not paying on time may result in penalties or even service denials
• Payment can be done through cash, UPI, bank transfer or other digital method (As the requirement arise).

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations should be submitted in writing and advance with valid reasons only.
• Cancellation fee based upon the level of service and amount of work completed may be applied
• Rebooking is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees

Damage and Claims Procedure

• Damages or shortages must be reported at delivery.
• Any claims after acceptance of delivery will not be entertained
• Claims get submitted if insurance is selected with complete documentation

Storage and Warehousing Terms

• Goods stored in warehouses are subject to agreed storage duration and charges
• Storage beyond the agreed period may attract additional fees
• Access to stored goods requires prior notice and approval

Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for failure or delay in service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including without limitation:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Strikes or lockouts
• Accidents or roadblocks
• Pandemics or public emergencies

Intellectual Property

All content on the website including logos, images, text and branding are intellectual property of Marg Jet Packers & Movers and cannot be copied or used without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marg Jet Packers and Movers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Marg Jet Packers and Movers website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India.
